Ba -

Today, in discussing cultural differences, I learnt about the Japanese concept of 'Ba' which literally translated means place, but has a lot of different connotations. Originally proposed by the Japanese philosopher Kitaro Nishida, it implies a non-dualistic 'concrete' logic, meant to overcome the inadequacy of the subject-object distinction essential to the subject logic of Aristotle and the predicate logic of Kant, through the affirmation of what he calls the 'absolutely contradictory self-identity', a dynamic tension of opposites...

I know heavy stuff... In simpler terms, implies a shared space / platform for emerging relationships which promotes individual and / or collective knowledge.

Today, it has become global speak for understaning the desimmination of information (knowledge)... and the nature of shared contexts among individuals
